| Tiivistelmä: | Competitivity increasingly depends on information. Data bases are a good means for providing them. The high technological competence required of the user of a data bank is however a barrier in the case of most medium-sized firms. This problem may be circumvent by relying on data bank services. The article reveals the possibilities offered by such services for savings banks. |
