| Tiivistelmä: | In 1989 a survey of job evaluation was conducted by the IPM and the Wyatt Company. The survey involved data of 371 enterprises. It was found that the job evaluation process is inefficient and time-consuming. But the article introduces a number of techniques and new forms of job analysis that bring new opportunities into job evaluation systems if they are used constructively. |
