| Tiivistelmä: | The relative disadvantages of small firms in automation are examined. The importance of strategic industrial management is stressed: the firm must associate automation - investment with its industrial and product strategy. A unique problem is shown: for small firms more efficient technical training, industrial culture, teaching planning shape a challenge. The perspective is, that optimal investment project is not possible with the Taylorian approach of management. |
