| Tiivistelmä: | During their consultancy and training work the authors have modified the Leavitt/Mumford diamonds. Their approach to the design of technical and human systems draws from the socio-technical principles. Nevertheless, they describe these forces in a way that gave stronger emphasis to the total dependency of organization upon human elements. They found that their model gives assistance in organizational planning and development. |
