| Tiivistelmä: | In the course of a Training Agency project some 150 organisations have been interviewed on their practices of management development. The aim was to find the best practice and to produce guidelines on how management development can improve business performance. It has been found that business prosperity will grow fastest where development is not restricted to just managers and the elite but is open to all employees at all levels. |
