Tiivistelmä: | The transfer problems of in-company training are examined. Mainly the problem of knowledge transfer is investigated. Within the framework of carefully designed model the details of policy making and planning in the field of in-company training activities are analyzed. Vertical and lateral processes of skill transfer are identified. A number of measures are suggested in support of efficient skill transfer. These measures and actions are accompanying the training processes from their preparation across the implementation phase until the assessment of results. It is shown how an in-company training effort can be tied in with an innovation project. Transfer control as a management task is characterized. |
