Tiivistelmä:An internally developed, organization-specific employee attitude survey can uncover vital information about the progress or effectiveness of existing programs and policies. It can also point the way to new and improved human resources programs and organizational change and serve as a powerful tool in improving employee relations. Employees know that vague or irrelevant questionnaires are not addressing their real concerns. When such surveys are followed by silence or inaction employee suspicions are confirmed.
