Tiivistelmä: | Battered, saturated markets have several problems: the products of different producers do not differ enough; there is a pressure for innovation; the product mix of individual producers increases rapidly; the costs of product introduction grow and so does the risk of innovation; it is increasingly difficult to choose among the host of trading partners. The article offers a solution for these problems: performance systems, which are integrated systems of products and services. |
