| Tiivistelmä: | The strategic allocation of resource to the business sectors, the individual functions, as well as high employee productivity and capital play an important role in improving companies' position in their branch of industry. There are instruments for the analysis of the strategic dimensioning of resources, which is crucial for optimal allocation. The process of strategic dimensioning is described. It is divided into four phases: preparation and scanning; definition of new tendencies, tools and solutions, planning of measures, and realization of measures. |
