| Tiivistelmä: | Utilization of the chances resulting from the dynamic calls for a novel strategic, structural and cultural flexibility in the company. The practice shows that formulated strategies are being increasingly overhauled by the reality, organization structures tend to handicap and not to increase the flexibility and the company culture frequently constitutes the bottleneck factor when changes are involved. The "Chance-oriented Company Development" enables the management to attain greater flexibility and to maintain the necessary stability in the company at the same time. |
