| Tiivistelmä: | The demand for consultants in the very specialized Swiss economy is increasing. Their functions vary widely depending on the commissions. The selection of a consultants is an investment decision, which is associated with great uncertainty, because the markets of consulting is not transparent enough. Systematic selection processes can reduce the possibility of failures arising from the recent practice of selection. Such a process is described in the article. The process consists of three stages: a rough selection, a fine selection and the final selection. |
