| Tiivistelmä: | This study aims at exploring and identifying correlates of ethical behaviour and attitudes of individuals who are currently working or aiming at a business-related graduate degree in Cyprus. Based on an analysis of the quantitative questionnaire, it is found that the majority of the respondents had a concept of 'ethical behaviour', considering ethics important, and holding attitudes advancing ethical behaviour in business. Significant differences are found in three correlates: age, gender and position. Finally, specific actions aiming to improve ethical decision making in the Cyprus business environment are suggested. |
