| Tiivistelmä: | In promotion and tenure committee discussion it is a usual problem what scholarly research means and what respectable publications are. Each field of inquiry has a forum in which the work of scholars in that field should be presented, and if a candidate's work is accepted in that forum, then it could be deemed scholarly. In the field of business policy, the problem lies in defining the forum. A solution was attempted by approaching widely acknowledged scholars of the field. |
