Tiivistelmä:It is emphasized that in a time of accelerated change a company has to be always prepared to take advantage of unforeseen opportunities and to minimize unexpected risks. It is shown that what matters is the coordinated action of creative individuals on the basis of a shared vision. Some lines along which the capability of a person for entrepreneurial vision can be improved are indicated. The creation of a "visions team" is recommended, which can insitutionalize the search for visions. Such a behaviour requires a vision for the company and for its strategic business units. This gives security to all decision makers for autonomous action.
