| Tiivistelmä: | The rentability of building society savings contracts and bank credits are compared. The conditions on which the proper choice depends are identified. It is found that the choice depends /1/ on the saving return which the future house owner can achieve; /2/ on how much tax he must pay from his interest; /3/ on the building and loan association from which he has got the contract offer. The cases in which building society savings concracts are more advantagenous are identified, and the problem is illustrated through calculation of financing a given sum by the two ways. |
