| Tiivistelmä: | The current state of interbank lending market is as follows: the finance main body is passive; The functions of the market are not perfect; The credit fund management system featuring the vertical distribution hedges the development of interbank lending market while the insufficient flexibility of interest rate of interbank lending restrict the development of market. Because of the serious local separatist rule, the information is transmitted slowly; and the imperfect market mechanism also loads to various drawbacks. To solve these problems, specialized banks must be turned into real commercial banks to perfect credit fund management system; market mechanism need to be perfected; to standardize interbank lending act and a nation wide interbank lending network must be established. |
