| Tiivistelmä: | The underlying framework for developing effective incentive plans is discussed. Incentive plan generator is illustrated including plan objective,eligibility, criteria,awards,and administration. At least one alternative must be selected from each row to develop an outline of an incentive plan. The following questions must be answered: Why to have an incentive arrangement? Should all employees be enrolled in the same plan? Objective or subjective performance criteria are necessary to use? How big incentive payments should be? Should the plan be managed at the corporate level or be subject to only limited corporate review? |
