| Tiivistelmä: | The benefit windows system was installed as a prototype in December 1986 within the corporate benefits department. As employees went to the department with questions, they were asked to use the system and later to complete a questionnaire concerning their reaction to it. The system has been very well received, and acceptance has been extremely positive. Most of those questioned said that they plan to use the facility to get information about their benefits plans. Right now, the system is available to all salaried employees in the three Westchester locations. |
