| Tiivistelmä: | During the last few years, audit departments have come under growing pressure to improve productivity, i.e., the same audit plan has to be accomplished with fewer staff, or the existing staff has to perform more audits. One key to meeting this challenge lies in improving the audit staff's performance in less time. With the majority of internal audit departments already using formal performance evaluations, optimizing these systems should provide the means to improve performance more rapidly. |
