| Tiivistelmä: | This article analyzes the effect change in organizational slack on knowledge creation in product development projects. It is done through a case study of high velocity industries and by highlighting the effects on tacit and explicit knowledge. The results show that reduced slack creates a focus on explicit instead of tacit knowledge, which lowers the results of knowledge creation and innovation. |
