| Tiivistelmä: | As a business management organization, an enterprise group has to do business with the market and the government. There are also internal management transactions. The principle is to achieve maximum effectiveness at minimum transaction cost. When the enterprise group expands part of the effectiveness and when increased transaction costs brought about by expansion are equal, the scale of the enterprise group has reached its boundary and can not be expanded any more. |
