| Tiivistelmä: | The crucial reasons of large and medium-sized enterprise's lacking of vigor are short supply of capital, heavy burden, bad economic results and lack of development conditions. The countermeasures are to handle contradiction between state plan and market mechanism correctly, to adjust tax system and tax rate, under the premise that the national financial revenue is ensured, to alleviate the enterprise burden, to supply more capital to the enterprise and to strengthen the reform of large and medium-sized enterprises. |
