| Tiivistelmä: | The large and medium-sized state enterprises are presently facing a rigid situation and the way out is to establish modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics, i.e. to remodel the Western corporate system and to set up structure of the system of "trustor-agent", paralleled with the system of "giving out a contract and contracting" in order to bring into full play the dual effects of constraint of property-rights and benefits. Only in this way can the old large and medium-sized state enterprises survive and grow in strength and the socialist economic foundation be consolidated. |
