| Tiivistelmä: | At the present state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises face the serious problems like poor management and declining economic efficiency. The causes are that the enterprises' reform does not deal with the in-depth property right system and the enterprises' management falls behind. The state macro guidance and the model of extensive economic development also influences the enterprises' reform. We should handle correctly the relationship between the state and enterprises in distribution and develop the basic industries greatly. |
