| Tiivistelmä: | In order to eliminate the structural malpractice of enterprise organizations we should, in some important fields, cultivate and develop a batch of excellent and strong large-sized enterprises and enterprise groups, whose functions are as follows: 1. They are the important branches of trade of national economy and the backbone of key fields. 2. They are the mainstay of the economic restructuring and enterprise realignment. 3. They are the representative team to take part in the international competition. To cultivate and develop large enterprise groups we must stick to correct policies: we must take economic efficiency as the main target; enterprises are the main body of realignment; the amalgamation of enterprise groups is not only to make enterprises bigger but mainly to make them stronger; etc. |
