| Tiivistelmä: | Following the European Commission´s recommendation, the members of the European Union have agreed to push for transition periods for free movement of workers and posting of manpower in their negotiations with the accession candidates from Central and Eastern Europe. However, it is not yet clear how exactly the current member states will regulate immigration of labour and posting of workers during the transition periods. |
