| Tiivistelmä: | The present article focuses on the study of foreign direct investment determinants in Estonia. The results of the survey suggest that most foreign investors in Estonia have a market-seeking nature, while other types of investors are considerably less numerous. As a result of a principal component analysis, five major components of determinants of foreign direct investments were found, namely stability and progress of the transformation process, attractiveness of the Estonian market, infrastructure, labour, availability, and the potential of the neighbouring markets. |
