| Tiivistelmä: | The restructuration of large companies is a complex process,with specific features in each case. However,as it was shown in the first part of the study, several general tendencies can also be observed in this field. In the second part the following common rules are set forth: it is necessary to reduce overheads,cut down the number of output items and review cost control procedures. To assure the company's dynamic development its financial burden should be considerably reduced. The economic measures should be completed by the revision of the company's social policy (more active communication with the staff and better relations with trade unions are required.) |
