| Tiivistelmä: | The aspects to be considered by a longer term management development (MD) concept are discussed. With the stress associated with personnel work serving as a background, planning, evaluation and development of management staff are identified components of an overall MD concept. Concrete questions facilitate conversions to own-company realities. At the same time, it is clear that only continuity and consequence lead to success and that MD bears not only fruit with large-size companies. |
