| Tiivistelmä: | In December of 1990 a new law on liability for damage to the environment was adopted in the Federal Republic. Although in it the elements of law according to subject and law according to person are intermingled there is still opportunity for large concerns to shift part of the risk of damage to the environment onto their subsidiaries. |
