Tiivistelmä:Most marketers would like to be creative. The organizations for whom they work officially endorse that urge. But after all the consulants are consulted, and all the managerial and incentive systems are in place, they are still left with the age-old question, "how do I actually pull it off?" That is a difficult question, because creativity resides in the mind, not in the muscles. It is not a question of "what can I do?" but the question of "how do I think?"
