| Tiivistelmä: | The proportion of the increment of China's manufacturing industry to GDP was 34% or so in 1996. The proportion is not low. But the key problem is its low ability of industrial competition, which can not meet the need of market economic development. In view of this, we should pay attention to increasing input in science and technology, enhancing the competitiveness of manufacturing industry, quickening the pace of domesticating important technology and equipment and accelerating the structural adjustment of manufacturing industry. |
