Tiivistelmä:This article provides a model of the shopping channel choices of consumers based on shopping channel characteristics (electronic or traditional) and consumer risk profile (risk-neutral or risk-averse). The results suggest that after making purchases through one channel, risk-averse consumers tend to be more loyal customers than risk-neutral consumers.
