| Tiivistelmä: | The development of a computer-based model to enable a project manager to assess which activities can be economically expedited to reduce the project's duration. The model was structured to use any reasonable number of points for each activity. Input included the quantity of activities, the beginning and end event of each activity, quantity of estimated time-cost points and actual time-cost estimates. Model execution continued until no further reduction was possible. One Table and four Figures are given. |
