| Tiivistelmä: | The measure of creativity that people possess and allow to flow into their work has a major bearing on success. Having the natural aptitude, creation can be learned. A large number of techniques have been developed, which extend from the intuitive-creative to systematic-logical methods. The practical man prefers simple methods that he can apply spontaneously and without any major preparations, when he considers it to be expedient. Such methods are brainstorming and pingpong brainstorming. |
