| Tiivistelmä: | Brainstorming is a popular means of generating new ideas but research has shown that nominal groups generate more ideas than brainstorming groups. This can be attributed to social loafing, evaluation apprehension and production blocking in groups. In this study a new computer technique - electronic brainstorming /EBS/ - was used with the purpose to determine whether it could overcome the production-blocking problems of face-to-face brainstorming. |
