| Tiivistelmä: | The purpose of this paper is to discuss the important issues surrounding the liquidity crisis in Turkey. Special emphasis is given to the stabilization program and a quest is made to find out whether there were inherent transmission mechanisms in the program that would lead to the liquidity crisis. |
