| Tiivistelmä: | The shortage of China's land and water resources per capita is a key constraint for a long time imposed on the economic development. It may be an effective way for solving the problem of the country's resources to use rationally the international market and foreign resources. In the future only by depending on the deepening of the system reforms can the balance between supply and demand be guaranteed and the potential of agricultural development be got into play. The government can play an effective role in adjusting the relation between man and nature, environment and resources, and remedy the defects of market through its rational activities. |
