Urban progress needs to renew opinion and carry out some measures, such as change guide policy so as to promote urban progress, encourage country-owned enterprise to go onto urban and permit farmer to settle down in urban, develop immigrant cities in economic central regions, and enlarge urban infrastructure investment. |
