| Tiivistelmä: | The influences show in three sectors; three-time industries' structural change; industrial structural change, e.g. foreign-capital industries' structural partial stresses encourage undue expansion of China's consumption production; and the third industry' structural change. The measures are to enlarge investment on the first and the third industries respectively decrease investment proportion on industry; increase investment on heavy industry, and enlarge investment on tech-tense industries and some poor departments of the third industry. |
