| Tiivistelmä: | Three factors leading to slow increase are cycle and structure and mechanism, which make conflicts as follows: one between demand of quick growth and large investment venture; one between consumption demand upgrade and new growth point hard grow up; one between current mutual industries long life and poorer rural demand. The suggestions are to keep practicing expanding domestic demand, improve supply effective, scatter venture investment as one of investment and circulation system reform, and deal with urban-rural relation under new situation. |
