| Tiivistelmä: | There are two factors which make it inevitable to talk again about possible use of personal computers in personnel management. The first factor is,that personal computers successfully complete big capacity computers. The other factor is that efficient calculation programs are available. Several cases are presented as to how personal computers can be used where big central EDP applications are also in use. One of the advantages of PC-s is that the database can be stored locally and is available without communicating with the central unit. |
