| Tiivistelmä: | Every investment has to be considered with the utmost care. Investment planning may be a very complicated task, especially when somebody tries to use up to date quantitative techniques. The most important parameters of an investment decision are described. Among others the purchase costs, the production costs, the rates of depreciation, the methods of finding funds, the taxation ratios are dealt with. Some limits of the quantitative investment planning are highlighted. With the aid of a feasible software model it is shown how investments can be planned using a personal computer. |
