| Tiivistelmä: | The non-hierarchical concern is a grouping of firms where each member has equal rights, neither of them is subordinated to another. From German law on concerns the category of non-hierarchical concern is almost totally missing. This raises the problem of proper categorisation of concerns for legal purposes. |
