Tiivistelmä:Good service and better relationship with clients are the key factors for the success of Guangzhou's excellent real estate intermediary enterprises. The quality of relationship refers to the confidence and satisfaction of clients to real estate intermediary enterprises and their staff and workers. They have taken the following good service to raise the degree of clients' satisfaction: providing a serial of complete services and standardised service, raising the efficiency of service, offering good additional service, setting up databases of the information on housing for sale and clients and co-operative networks. Besides they enjoy the confidence of clients by observing professional ethics , such as providing real information, being concerned about the long-term interests of clients and attaching importance to the transparency of marketing work.
