Tiivistelmä:Reform of wage system is also one important reform in the reform of economic system in China. Drawing for reference the Western's theory of wage bargaining, this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of wage bargaining's being practised in state-owned enterprises in China. It thinks that paractising wage bargaining system in state- owned enterprises is conducive to protecting the lawful rights and interests of the employed, coordinating the internal labour relationships at enterprises and forming a restraint mechanism of distribution as well.
