Tiivistelmä: | Recently thousands of electronic b2b-mar-ketplaces have emerged in various industries. Experts predict a consolidation process and they agree that only few of these marketplaces will survive. The paper describes a model that helps to identify success factors of electronic b2b-marketplaces. The model helps to assess the chances of success of electronic b2b-marketplaces. It draws on various findings of success factor research and it is based on major effects of the so-called Internet Economy. The paper provides a substantial list of references on this subject. |
