Tiivistelmä:In this study the benefits the norm-behaviour model of Schwartz to explain ecologically orientated behaviour is tested. The author of the article examines whether perceived consequences and responsibility are variables, which moderate the relationship between personal moral norms and behaviour. The author's findings suggest, that producers of ecologically orientated consumer goods shall emphasize these two aspects in their ads in order to motivate ecologically concerned consumers to buy this type of products. The paper provides a substantial list of references on this subject.
