| Tiivistelmä: | This paper is a collection of articles in which a group of researches, experimenters, and advocates of the new approach towards the future vision of stronger, more inclusive representative democracy elaborate the way ahead on this evolutionary path. The authors of these articles describe, explain and justify useful different decision making methods in several cultural environments. Each has been used for citizen empowerment and enhanced participation in societal decision-making. This group of researches conveys that the transformation of modern representative democracy into a new type of 21st century democracy has many features and occurs on many parallel paths. |
