Tiivistelmä:This study addresses the pervasiveness of tourists' judgements of foof-relative risks like Salmonella, Scrabie and "Mad Cow Disease". The study is based on some 1880 individual tourists answers to questionnaire pertaining to food-risk issues. The results show for example that risks linked to food are perceived to be higher abroad than at home, regardless of where the respondets' homes are.
